Dr. Colleen Loomis
Colleen is an associate professor of psychology at Wilfrid Laurier University, Ontario Canada and a visiting Professor at the University of Geneva, Switzerland. In her research she examines how individuals attach, belong, and participate in real and virtual communities such as neighbourhoods, religious communities, and Cyber communities or Internet social networks. In addition to scientific projects, she is actively involved in supervising master and doctoral students.
