Guerrero Raul
Raul was born in Costa Rica but studied in the Los Angeles, California, where he lived for several years. He became an EFL and ESL teacher and started teaching many years ago. He loves what he does. In his present position as the Principal of a Elementary and High School he use all of his expertise to help children and young people to excel in both languages English and Spanish. In his spare time, Raul love reading literature, but specially the Bible, which he have as a habit for many years now. He writes small articles and short stories and soon he will try to get them published. Another hobby he enjoys a lot is playing tennis and sometimes instructing small children. Occasionally, he takes proofreading, copy writing, and editing jobs. The best time spent is with his family, wife and children, and he love to travel around his beautiful country Costa Rica.
Raul said that translating is not just another job, it has to have a deeper meaning. Finding himself involved in a project where he can help others makes it worthwhile.
Raul translates for the CTB collaboration center from English to Spanish.
