__You know what an ally is.__You understand the role of an ally as a person with outside perspective who provides support.
__You can be an ally without being asked.
__You will not become an ally due to feelings of guild or superiority.
__You will look at the history of a culture you are allying yourself with.
__You will take a stand when groups are targeted with unjust treatment.
__You will promote leadership in diverse groups.
__You can train other people to be allies.
__You understand Re-evaluation Counseling and Study Circles.
