Here, you'll find a checklist that summarizes the major points contained in the text.
__You have decided to make a goal attainment report to accomplish one of the following :
- Show progress
- Stay focused
- Communicate you're good work to the public
___You have determined how often to gather data, usually every six months.
___Using your action plan you have written down all of your goals.
___Completed goals have been identified.
___You have computed the percentage of goals completed.
___You have communicated your results.
___You have used the report to inspire positive change.
