RTC/PICL Interventions
The Home Usability Program teaches about the connections between home usability, independent living, and self advocacy. Participants identify usability problems in their homes, set home usability goals, and use personal and community resources to achieve the goals.
The Out and About Program focuses on community participation barriers of people with mobility limitations and creating solutions to overcome them. Participants learn about goal setting, set a community participation goal, and track their progress toward achieving it.
