Question: I am looking for information on dealing with roadblocks to change. In my situation the teachers at a school and the administrators have different views on how to change. The admin listen to our (teachers) input and take partial steps toward doing these things but often it is incomplete, does not last or we just talk about it and the admin does not do their part. I think that one of the main problems is in communication because even when the admin do things they don't tell us. Any suggestions?
