Evaluating the Initiative
How do we know that our community's initiatives and programs are working? Are they effective in meeting our goals and objectives, and if not, what can we do to make them better? Evaluating specific community programs or initiatives can help us see how we are doing, make sense of it, and make necessary adjustments. It permits feedback to improve effectiveness and encourages accountability. How do we go about developing and evaluation of a community initiative or program? This part of the CTB WorkStation provides a framework and supports for developing an evaluation of a community program or initiative.
