Analyzing Problems and Goals
When we give a "name" to an issue or problem, we frame how we think about its causes. How we analyze an issue-what questions we ask about it-determines the types of solutions that are considered. Community planning can be enhanced by carefully naming and analyzing the issue that matters to local communities.
