Analyzing Problems and Goals
When we give a "name" to an issue or problem, we frame how we think about its causes. How we analyze an issue-what questions we ask about it-determines the types of solutions that are considered. Community planning can be enhanced by carefully naming and analyzing the issue that matters to local communities. This part of the Community WorkStation helps support the work of naming and analyzing the issue, problem, or goal to be addressed.
