Here, you'll find a checklist that summarizes the major points in the text.
Start with yourself. You have tried:

__Writing a dream journal.
__Getting someone to listen to you.
__Setting aside a regular time in the day to focus on creating new possibilities.
__Carrying around a notebook or small tape recorder to most places you go.
__Sketching or doodling.
__Jogging, walking, or any other form of exercise.
