Tool 1: Evaluating staff

One way to support your staff members is providing them with feedback and evaluations for their work. Here we provide an evaluation model. The specific items under each category are to give you an idea of what would fall under each heading. Feel free to note specific areas on which you are basing your rating. Be specific on your comments and suggestions. They'll be very important to give feedback to your staff members.
