I am working for a newly set up mental health team targeting dual diagnosis. Although we have sent flyers to all of the services that would be able to refer clients we have had little response (compaired to the number of pateints in the catchment area that meet our criteria). I was wondering if you had any ideas about how to promote the service we offer more effectively?

You might want to check out the social marketing materials in the CTB Table of Contents (http://ctb.ku.edu/tools/en/tools_toc.htm), or in the Toolkits(http://ctb.ku.edu/tools/corecompetencies.jsp). This material (like the rest of the CTB) was designed more for community mobilization efforts, but you might be able to adapt the materials for your context. Best of luck!
