Question: Recently Butterfoss published an article in a journal and she noted that several instruments were used to evaluate the coalitions and their operating procedures. She mentioned that "all instruments are available online from the community toolbox at /". When I went to that website I was unable to find those instruments. How do I access to those instruments?
Answer: Yes, they are available on the CTB. Unfortunately, she provided the incorrect URL. It was an old one that no longer is active. You can find the evaluation tools in Chapters 36-39 of the Table of Contents on the CTB. There is also an evaluation planning tool in the Toolkits. Best of luck.
