Question: Hello I am a member of a small community group and we need to encourage members and get feedback about what the community wants...we have tried a questionnaire and got 22 out of a couple of thousand..any ideas?
Answer: I would suggest you do a focus group instead of a questionnaire. Find a school, home or religious organization who would be willing to host such an event. Don't forget to have refreshments.
