Great tool box. Loved the presentations at SOPHE meeting in texas. Also like the Guide for Problem solving. I'm in the process of developing a survey for County-wide input into Public Health awareness, useage, and needs as perceived by lay, prof. and all ages. Any tools for survey design and /or a survey I could modify for our area? thanks again for a much needed tool box.

There is a great need for community involvement in this area. We live in a small, financially challenged community where most of the homes have both parents working out of necessity to "make ends meet".
