Question: How best can I assess effectiveness of the supportive supervisory visits
Answer: It is important to have a clear goal of what components of supervisory visits you want to evaluate and possibly asking all parties how "satisfied" they were with each component. Perhaps you can start with simply asking their overall satisfaction on a 4 point scale: 1=very satisfied 2=satisfied 3=dissatisfied 4=very dissatisfied This same scale could be used for each component of a supportive supervisory visit.
