Hi Team, I am heading a project team in Kampala and we intend to set up a free/low cost emergency ambulance service. Besides the current fundraising campaign, we are looking at possibilities of ambulance vehicle donation or related equipment. Any ideas as to how we can go about the idea?

I would start by recommending building connections with institutions who have ambulances. I think they would likely be the most informed about how the process of ambulance donation would work. I am not familiar with Ugandan systems, but perhaps there are emergency and other ambulance services there that may be able to help.
