is it true that rural communities are more receptive to community development than urban areas?
Answer:
Thanks for your question. It really depends upon the needs and motivations of the specific communities involved. Rural communities may have some advantages because they are smaller and the leaders have more contact with each other. Also, if they are geographically isolated they may be struggling, literally, for survival. Although that can be true in urban neighborhoods, the political leadership can be more distant and less involved.
