I understand the need to work with the community and all other stakeholders in development issues, because I learnt and acquired an NGO, diploma. Also saved a number of community development with communities.

That is a great Tool, I have hope in increasing the capacity on helping community development. It enlightened me further.

The Community Tool Box is an amazing tool, i have mostly used it in my school assignments because i have recently found out about it and i look forward to apply what i have learned in my daily work with people in my community.

I am a Family Medicine/Obstetrician and full time faculty at the Alaska Family Medicine Residency in Anchorage, AK. I am the lead for our advocacy curriculum. I will complete my MPH through George Washington University in June 2022.

I am utilizing the Community Tool Box to create a standard curriculum for advocacy work that will be completed by all of our residents.

I am a School Nurse for Elk Grove Unified School District. I work with preschool, elementary school, and middle school children and their families. We are one community within the community of Elk Grove.

I am just beginning to familiarize myself with the tool kit. My name is Elma I currently work as a Registered Nurse in an Emergency Department. I am currently working on my earning my Family Nurse Practitioner degree at NAU.

I represent the Latvian Child Welfare Network, a national umbrella organization, founded in 2014. As of today our network unites 25 members-NGO’s and experts. Our aim is to advocate for better policy and practice and improve wellbeing of children and youth in Latvia. Our activities are based on an interdisciplinary and participatory approach, involving our target groups - families, children and young people. The key priority areas are social protection, education and health care and our activities are focusing in 3 directions:
• Advocacy work: Network cooperates with policy makers and other public institutions to advocate for evidence based policy and practices and improvement of overall situation of children and families in Latvia. Raising of Public awareness: Network in cooperation with professionals from various fields and
sectors identifies gaps and challenges, affecting children wellbeing. Through seminars, expert discussions, interviews & articles in the media and webinars Network raises awareness and initiates public discussion on the topics, relevant for children, families and young people.
• Strengthening Network's capacity: Network works with NGO’ s and experts from various fields to ensure cross-sectoral collaboration and expertise in the areas, relevant for well-being of children and families. Network builds national and international partnerships, e.g. on EU level as national
partner in Eurochild Partner network

We have used Community Tool Box in the development of a manual for social workers and other stakeholders in the municipalities, who are practically working with families and children or developing strategies and planning resources for families with children.

I am a EdD student. My dissertation is on the Perkins V CLNA in rural Idaho communities. I am looking for established survey instruments and guidelines for creating my own instrument.

I am about opportunity without discrimination and introducing programs to others for a better tomorrow. Your Community Tool Box has almost all of the tools needed to make ideal opportunity come to light. especially in poor / underdeveloped areas.

I am a development worker, and evaluator with 23 year field experience working in fragile, conflict , post conflict and transitional phases in Sri Lanka in all districts in different capacities, incorporating gender equality and diversity , disabled community , female headed household , environment , vulnerable youth and children into the project interventions as primary cross cutting themes.

I am beginning my Masters Program as a FNP at NAU. Our instructor recommended this site as one of our go to's for the course

I am in the process of creating an organization which helps people with Parkinson's Disease make lasting lifestyle changes focused on movement and healthy activities to prevent progression.

I am a female teacher who enjoyed serving in the education sector for twenty-seven years (1992-2019) working as a university teaching assistant, health education researcher and educator, secondary school administrator, youth counselor and secondary school teacher.

Today, I have retired from teaching and transferred my services to community development as a consultant, researcher, counselor and trainer in issues related to Education, youth and adolescent affairs these include: Gender based violence against adolescents, Adolescent positive masculinity, Adolescent Sexual Reproductive Health and access to services, Adolescent Relationships and Sexuality.

I have borrowed a leaf on preparing and running workshops. I know this guidance will surely help me to improve on my training and organizational skills for conferences and workshops.
