I live and work in Montgomery AL. While it's probably the civil rights capitol of the world, it has major community problems, some of which is urban decay. I am working with a faith-based community nonprofit that wishes to improve and expand its capacity to address neighborhood concerns, eg predatory tax lien investments causing urban blight.
