A few questions for you. Do you have any others in the area who are also interested in building a playground for the town's children? These people might be helpful in brainstorming a course of action with you. And are you familiar with the building process in your area? It might also be helpful to identify someone in Wakkerstroom who is familiar with the local government policies who can aid you in determining requirements you will need to meet to build the playground.
