In drafting your objectives, I would suggest that you would want your objectives to align with your mission and that you take into consideration how do these objectives speak to what I want to achieve, what I want to measure as a sign of success, what will be doable given my resources, and how can I achieve them given any time parameters.
It sounds as if you have the ideas already and you just need to think through them a bit more.
