He says: We have developed an “African Health Action Toolkit” in collaboration with the WHO Regional Office for Africa: https://who-afro.ctb.ku.edu Drawing on resources from the Community Tool Box, this provides technical support for the core functions of engagement, assessment, planning, action, and evaluation.
