Ronald Harvey has a PhD in Community Psychology from DePaul University (2014). He is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at the American University in Bulgaria, and is a two time Fulbright scholar to Bulgaria. He performs international research and program evaluation on prevention, treatment and aftercare settings for people with substance use disorders (SUDs), write international research and philanthropic grants, and international development.
