I am the newly elected chairman of the board for a small free medical clinic in one of the poorest counties in SC. We are a new start up and need a knowledge resource bank to help grow our clinic by engaging with the community, developing a messaging plan, branding our name and effectively connecting with the uninsured residents that don't qualify for Medicaid and need healthcare services and resources to empower them to improve their overall health by connecting them with free resources.
How have you used the Community Tool Box to support your work and make a difference?
We'd like to develop a strategic plan that encompasses the entire scope of needs for a non profit volunteer free medical clinic.

Without Toolbox guidance, all my work will be in mess. I gain more experience on how to set up youth club, how to run a successful club, setting up a Board of Committee member.
I get all the support I wanted to run the club in a smooth and friendly way.
