I'm a new Naturopathic Doctor coming back to my hometown of Portage la Prairie after finishing my education at Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Tempe, Arizona. I want to facilitate health in my community and one of the best ways to do that is to get rid of obstacles to cure - not moving is a HUGE ONE!!! So, I'm so excited about having this community tool box as a resource to aid in getting my community healthy!

I am a 50+ yr old female, who has finished a degree in Spanish (bilingual for over 35 years). I work at the military library in Fort Leavenworth and part time at the Olathe Public Library. My goal is to complete a professional degree in Library Science. (I want to be a bilingual librarian when I grow up!)Libraries play an important role in community building. I have heard about your effort through REFORMA, the national association organization of librarians and support staff, who are dedicated in promoting Library information and services to Latinos and the Spanish speaking.
