I am building an internet-based virtual consultancy on health insurance and health plan-related issues for individuals (consumers/patients/members). These health insurance counseling and advocacy programs (HICAPs)have two primary purposes: (1) to educate consumers about their rights and responsibilities, and (2) to identify, investigate, and help resolve consumers' complaints about health care and health plan services. Therefore, I am trying to create a self-sustaining organization.
