I am 44 a single mother or 4 who will be graduating from Southern University at New Orleans with a bachelors degree in social work. I have always been active in the community in which I live and feel that there aren't any resources for my inner city community and no one seems to care. I would like to try to change this.I will graduate in December 2000.

I'm using a lot of material from the toolbox to design a Leadership Curriculum for tenants at Lakefront SRO in Chicago. We have close to 900 single-room occupancy units and are actively promoting that residents become involved in leadership activities here. We want to help give them skills to enable them to do so.

I am the contract manager for a 5 county/8 city rural public health department in West Texas. Total population of the entire health dept is appx. 50,000. We are the primary contractor with the Texas Dept. of Health for the area.
