Residential Advocate for a organization that supports woman and children in crisis situations

I am a 3rd year PhD student at Alvernia University, Reading, PA. My area of focus is Community Leadership wih an emphasis in women's leadership.

I am working with our local community foundation to develop a supporting document outlining the benefits and need for urban agriculture in the city of Reading. I am using the tool as an effective way to organize my section on the benefits of UA and developing support for the concept. It is a gold mine! Very useful and practical for communicating to my audience of decision makers. Theoretical based without the layers of academic jargon. Perfect!

Hi, I am a Community Development Consultant to help communities to develop by themselves, usually in the underdeveloped countries.

I can use CTB in training community peoples to meet their needs by themselves until they sustain their changed communties.

My work experience included health education, employee assistance, substance abuse, mental health, education, primary (community basec clinic)and acute care administration (hospital social work director), child protective services and contract administration (Children's Trust), and training. My company is Career FUNdamentals, LLC. It's focus is to bridge the gap between education, training and service delivery at both the administrative and staff levels. The goal is to offer social services as a business model and need to embrace the workforce from a corporate prospective.
