Volunteer Coordinator for this NFP enviro education & advocacy organization, 2 years. Have recruited & organized 800 volunteers & 50 coordinators for our big music festival. Now need to improve my skills in community outreach and vol program development, other than the festival.

I am the executive director of an NGO working with rural communities in small island countries in the Pacific, mainly looking at income generation, poverty alleviation and sustainable development

I am impressed with the information you have and thank you for your work. I am brushing up on facilitation skills before running some workshops on a small island atoll in the Pacific looking at preparing for natural disasters. Tropical cyclones are common and sea levels rising are a real concern.

I work for WATCH cdc as a parttime community organizer. Currently I am trying to have Ward meetings that will bring the diverse mix of peoples in each ward.
