Example #1: Smoke-Free Kids and Soccer Posters
"Smoke-Free Kids and Soccer" was a collaboration between the Department of Health and Human Services, the U.S. Women's National Team, and US Soccer, the governing body of American soccer. The program models the smoke-free lifestyle of the National Team members and encourages adolescent girls to participate in soccer to maintain physical fitness and resist pressures to smoke. Example #2: HEBS Anti-Smoking Posters
The Health Education Board for Scotland is a national health education project in Scotland that distributes information on heart disease, cancer, drug and alcohol abuse, and other issues. These two anti-smoking posters are great examples of how to use a striking image to convey a point:
