    I am preparing an ACTION PLAN to set up the Cottonera Community Development Initiative in a socially depressed area where educational and social exclusion is high. As this is a new initiative, in the small island of Malta of 350,000 people in the Mediterranean [Europe], I need advice and support from people and organisations who have experience and committment towards capacity building and empowerment of socially disadvantaged groups and individuals. I went through your toolbox. It is extremely helpful and inspiring but key sections of it are not accessible e.g. Chapter 7: Developing an organisational structure, Chapter 8 and Chapter 9, and other Chapters. They are so focused and therefore can help me so much to be on the right track and yet are not available. Can you consider whether you can remedy this situation and help me with my endeavour? Thanks.     I am a mother of three (7 yrs,4 yrs, and 2 yrs). My husband is a general contractor. We have our own company...Benson Builders, Inc...We live in the mountains of Colorado. We moved here about seven years ago. I am a registered nurse, but I have not practiced actively since we had the kids. I try to be very involved in the school and right now I am on a mission to try to get more community involvement as a whole...so we can get to know each other and reap the benefits from community involvement. There is a great need for community involvement in this area. We live in a small, financially challenged community where most of the homes have both parents working out of necessity to "make ends meet". We have established a new division, Health Information Assessment Outreach Division, whose primary focus is to create a "Healthy Ft. Worth". We have six community based teams led by a community nurse (R. N.)that will have the support of 2 community health aides.
